Shipping and Delivery

At Lusso, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on local and international deliveries.

1. Delivery Timelines
• Within Karachi: Orders are usually delivered within 30-35 working days. However, The lussack can be delivered within 10 working days
• Outside Karachi: Deliveries outside Karachi take approximately 40-45 working days.However, The Lussack can be delivered withing 15-18 days
• International Deliveries: Currently we are not offering International Shipping. Stay Tuned for the update of international deliveries. We would soon be offering

International shipping as well.

2. Shipping and Delivery Process
• In-House Shipping: Lusso provides in-house shipping and doorstep delivery for all orders in Karachi. For orders outside Karachi, delivery includes complete setup upon request, with costs covered in the delivery charges.
• Delivery Address: Clients must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Errors may cause delays or complications.
• Within Karachi: Deliveries within Lahore are to the doorstep only. If you need assistance with setting up furniture, let us know in advance. Labor can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Furniture Fit: Ensure that furniture will fit through doors, staircases, or elevators. For building deliveries, functional cargo lifts are necessary. If additional labor is required, the client must arrange it.

3. Weather-Related Delays

Severe weather conditions, such as monsoon rains or urban flooding, may delay deliveries. Clients will be notified in advance to manage expectations.

4. Post-Delivery Responsibility
• All items are thoroughly inspected and unpacked by our team to ensure safe delivery.
• Once the delivery is completed and the team leaves, Lusso is not responsible for any damages.
• Any issues must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after the delivery team has departed.

Refund and Cancellation

At Lusso, every piece is made with care and precision — and we hope you’ll be just as confident in your purchase as we are in our craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our made-to-order furniture, we do not offer returns, refunds, or product exchanges once an order is confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued once a purchase has been confirmed. For clarification or assistance before placing an order, our team is happy to help you make informed decisions.

Order Cancellations

Custom or made-to-order pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, cancellation is not possible.

Damages or Incorrect Deliveries
We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged in transit or you receive something different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately after delivery.
Important Notes:
• In rare cases where a replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping or pickup charges related to the return.

Non-Returnable Items
Please be sure to verify dimensions and specifications before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for items that do not fit through doors, elevators, or into your space.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges for furniture. Each Lusso item is carefully made-to-order, which limits the ability to substitute or replace products once an order is in production. For special cases or concerns, feel free to get in touch with our team.
